RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.balafive.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork to ensure full refund. This only applies to items that are purchased separately and not as any package included in the BalaFive™ starter kit.

Our standard return policy does not apply to items included in the BalaFive™ starter kit. The main component of the BalaFive™ starter kit, MedActiv™, cannot be returned once the product is opened, as it is a medical food dispensed by a licensed pharmacy under physician supervision. If for any reason you order the BalaFive™ starter kit and decide you no longer want it prior to opening the package, you may return the BalaFive™ starter kit for a 30% restocking fee.

For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Include your order number to ensure accurate identification and reimbursement to the correct account. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at orders@balafive.com. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email, along with your email address and phone number. Our company will make every reasonable effort to replace the damaged item in a timely manner. We will cover shipping charges if the damage occurred during postal transit.
