Meet Stephanie : Day 1 of BalaFive

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I'm 30 years old and the Director of Operations at an outpatient addiction and mental health clinic, and I'm about to start the BalaFive program! With a busy schedule, it's hard for me to make time to plan meal, cook, or even make good decisions on what I eat, let alone find time for a gym. Convenience is best for me so I can keep up with my hectic schedule.

I am a serial dieter and tried every diet out there: from ones that make you workout until you pass out, to those that put you on 800 calories a day. And I've had success with them, however, when the diet was finished, my body would return back to it's previous state and undo all the hard work I had put in for however many months. This cycle has become increasingly upsetting and deflating. Why put in all that hard work only to have it disappear a few weeks after? I am tired of the yo-yo dieting and am looking for a permanent fix.

That's why I chose BalaFive. It doesn't treat the symptoms of being overweight, it treats the cause: BalaFive targets the chemicals in your body and reprograms them to work in a healthier, more efficient state.
